Paul McStein at Chris Neils Lotus (0160641481 then option 2 then 3 when you get the robot) was very helpful indeed. I needed a rear inboard toe link urgently as have an MOT coming up (feeling the fear!!). There's a back order for these europe-wide since April, but he was aware that there were some complete Lotus toe links where the bar and inboard joint would be compatible with my car. So, he did me a 5% discount and free postage, making this cheaper than the other suppliers (Autovaux/Elise Parts/Vauxhall/Seriously Lotus) prices, who couldn't supply them in any case.

That, in my opinion is the kinda invaluable experience and knowledge that makes the difference! And he was really friendly too.
