Weekends work. Changed my megaphone header a bit, hope it will work fine like this

Posted Image
My friend who I bought the header from cheap will cry when he sees this.

you need to fit the cat at that point, then loop the exhaust 180 towards the front of the car, then go across to the otherside and loop it 180 once more, then add the backbox and you will have a good performing exhaust.

something like this, except mine crosses the car at the rear of the backbox and yours will need to cross at the front of the backbox

This looped exhaust makes good power on a NA engine Imnotworthy

I would recommend concentrating on getting the engine in and the car up and running first, then deal with "minor" (easier and separate) things like geo. Otherwise you run the risk of trying to do it all in 1 go and making the project too long (and then maybe lose interest). HTH.

Yes, your completelyright Nev. I slowly realise this, deleting a lot of things on the todo list for example changing side
of driving position will come by the end of the summer instead. But I will pepair my front knuckles for more camber.

Nice Vocky.
I have a prettyy good idea on how I will place the pipings. I will split it to two full flow dampers a it will be a 3" exhaust with I
belive a 100 cell catalytic converter.

nice!
wish that was around when i did mine (back to electronic now)
If you try to mod the standard pedal it doesn't really have enough available movement :(

I'm surprised the honda engine doesn't want electronic too - or do you not use the factory ecu?

Thank you, I will look through the links I got.

I´m using a Hondata ECU from a Acura RSX type-r (same as 01-06 civic almost)
and these are not using 1electronic throttle.
The accord tho is using electric throttle, but I don´t think
they have succeed to reprogram the Accord boxes.

Does it work to modify the VX pedal with this elise parts lever base plate
and throttle lever?

I didn´t find any price on Dave hardwicks pedal.

it works but i wouldn't recommend it, the pedal doesnt have enough movement to pull the cable enough unless you attach it lower down, and then if you have size 10+ feet your toes are too near the cable :P
there's also the weber pedal from the throttle bodies kit http://www.z22se.co....36/#post-106728

(vocky pic)

Also if you have size 10 feet you are probably approaching 6ft tall - have fun under the dash :beat:

Stupid question, but what's wrong with using the Elise S1 throttle setup?
