Stupid question, but what's wrong with using the Elise S1 throttle setup?
doesn't have the same mounting points

But this elise part throttle linkage seems to be adjustable?
, Per
yeah it is, but you have to adjust it all the way and end up with a very heavy pedal

I´ll make my own drive shafts I think, these things are beautiful.
An engine mount is read, just need some painting, it stays between the gearbox and std mount.
I ordered some ebay magnetic oil drain pluggs too.

my supercharged engine up to maybe 370bhp then it´s good too.
So the collector on my exhaust manifold is 3" and the first bend, catalytic converter and first pipe after this will also be 3" then I´m thinking of stepping down to 2.5".
Which to prefer 1, 2 or version 3
I don´t want it to be to loud. My last car was at more or less precise 95dB and this was a bit to much.

So I made a variation. With stops on splines, should not affect the turning diameter.
The diameter for the splines are slightly smaller, then outer spline diameter, it has had the same diameter as the narrowest diameter of the Opel drive shaft.
Then I did a variant without stopping heels where joint stops against the splines that grows in radius, but are worried about the risk of the joint cutting into the corner and gives an indication of the splines.

If I remember right crandal said that mine was about as good as you could hope without machining at -1.5 and -1.6 on the front with all shims out, and -2.5 on rear. I later changed it to -1.2 and -2.2 as I felt braking was compromised and tyre wear a little high considering I was doing 12-13k a year.
When you say all shims out is this including removing this ABS wire holding shim?
Thinking if I should buy new ABS shims. Anyone knows if I can buy these at Elise shop?
Thanx

I´m also looking for Gaiter CV driveshaft boots, anyone know where to buy this with OEM fit and good quality?
Also going to buy Elis shop Aluminium High Pressure extra capacity Radiator and elise-shop Toe Link Kit
Thank you, Per

Find the part of the car you want, then search Elise-shop with the part number.

Lately some parts have droped in and are ready built
Tuner view mfd.
Part for my engine, not many parts are missing now til I can finally start to build my engine.
Homemade engine mounts, more or less ready.
Just waiting for my last parts to drop in, so I can start building on my engine.

I think it could be good to change the fuel filter now increasing the HP a bit. Is there any high flow fuel filters out there?

Lite mer saker trillat in. Mina drivaxlar (Opel) som håller på och blir modifierade för att passa
Honda inre drivknutar samt några lger hållare för blivande adapter tillväxellänkage.
Some more parts are/have been made. My driveshafts are about to be modified to fit Honda inner joint.
And 3 ball bearing holders have been machined, I´m going to use these for gear linkage and throttle wire
I think.

Been working all weekend. A friend came all the way from Kristiansand in Norway to help.
It takes time and we have not done much more than getting the block together . Bbearing clearance measured and piston rings machined to right clearence.
I struggle on. and now it feels like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Engine mounts are ready. The most important things are on the way, now it's just the rest left
On Thursday, another friend is comming, Jean-Pierre, so I can get some more time to work with the car.
This is how it looks now.
