It's almost 12 months to the day since I put a prototype heater in my car and discovered that the VX220 was indeed capable of producing heat, since then i've produced two heater designs and made approx. 50.

Now i'm sick of them and with the weather improving (supposedly), I have ten final units assembled ready to go. After this I will not produce any more for some time. These are up to date units using a shorter (but higher fin density) radiator to make fitting easier and a weatherproof electronics case.

They are priced as before - £320 collected, £332 shipped. Fitting is £80

Best mod I have However I hated being cold and not being able to demist the front screen.

Either, I might have missed a few people from the list so they are welcome to get involved too. (basically i'm keeping a few aside for anyone i've missed in the group buy and to replacing the remaining mk1 heaters - they are in addition to the 10 but once i've done this that will be it for a while.)

That looks like such a quality product... if it wasn't just after Xmas and therefore totally skint I would jump at one. Shame you've had enough of it.

I reccomend anyone thinking of purchasing one of these heaters to just get one. Its a fantastic product and the car now heats up as quickly as a normal family car
