Most of the info being discussed is in the Manual. The latest version has info about the wide band and Tmap sensor and how to connect them.

Somthing like the spartan option from here is all you need to data log and use the wideband mapping feature unless you want to fit a guage in the car.

The difference is, you're using it for real, so need to know the minutiae. I've just read it out of interest to see how flexible it is and understand how the TMAP, injector scaling and wideband in lieu of EGR work.

Compression ratio is 8.9:1 on overbore wiseco pistons.

So more like CR = 9.4 with a Z22se Head gasket

either will work with Peters software I believe

Tmap will use the oem temp sensor taken from the intake pipe which will then read temp alongside the

use the oem  fuel pressure regulator with the 630cc injectors will be ok.

RPM is what you like I suggest not over 7200 if you don't have double valve springs

Boost will depend on the size of the pulley you use

Harrop with 80mm pulley and decent exhaust should stay below 1.5 bar boost, so use the 2.5 TMAP for best resolution.

Ehh, point of the TMAP sensor is to move the T sensor from intake pipe to the manifold. So lengthen the Z22SE IAT sensor signal (1 wire only) to the manifold and wire it up according the scheme.

Std Z22SE fuel regulator (3.8 bar) is perfect for the 630's

Saab valvesprings are same as Z22SE and with higher lift blower cams I would even stay below 7000. But surprised your ported head had no stiffer springs fitted?

Boost is also dependent on exhaust backpressure. My mate on a 80mm Harrop and 2,5 system gets around 1.25bar, but revs to 7600rpm. ;-)
