When I spoke to Peter at Zanvoort about the same thing he laughed and said its a long way off as he really likes to properly test anything he adds. My impression was that V3 wouldn't give you much more unless you needed water injection and and the like and wouldn't really benefit regular stage 2. Just go for it!Not anywhere soon was the answer from the man himself when asked.Anyone have any idea when V3 is coming out? Seems silly to take the plunge now if it's due out any time soon.

Anyone know V3 will see any improvement to the idle with aggressive cams My understanding was this would take more than fueling and ignition timing to correct as the problem was the actual algorithm? Check with peter directly.
I think a few german conversions have that setup running.

Ive just about run mine in. Ran on mineral oil for the first 500 miles . Driving it at diffeterant revs through the gears. Now on semi synthetic oil for the next 1500 miles same type of driving. Then on to full synthetic it should then be done. Back then for the dyno .
have you updated anything in your engine or is it same specs,
what im worried about is that my current maps are for z22se cams and standard internals ( less worrie about internals) and my new engine will have diffrent cams.
i will be getting some advice from peter maybe he can sort me a map out which will be good for running in the new engine.

you should remember the different compression ratio you will have too - 8.9:1 rather than 10:1
That will have an impact on the mapping.

I am keeping the standard internals 2.0L for higher rev range,M32 charger , 2.5" Tullett full system, CS mapping, VXT injectors will be added on the final mapping when run in.

When you get it remapped Kieran can you ask the duty cycle of the VXT injectors, when I had the duty cycle was over 92% , which is bad should be below 80% to give ECU enough range for injecting more fuel Peter was very quick to pick up on this when I first sent him my setup, he said VXT injectors would be over 90% duty cycle ( 3.1 pulley).I am keeping the standard internals 2.0L for higher rev range,M32 charger , 2.5" Tullett full system, CS mapping, VXT injectors will be added on the final mapping when run in.
