I am keeping the standard internals 2.0L for higher rev range,M32 charger , 2.5" Tullett full system, CS mapping, VXT injectors will be added on the final mapping when run in.

surely the rev range will be limited by the efficiency of the charger rather than the 2,0 litre??

Rev range should be good for 7500 so I am told, plus  6 speed gear box LOL

Had to have a new fly wheel machined to fit , This gear box should be bomb proof with the amount of work and money spent on it.Its cost more than the bloody engine.

When you get it remapped Kieran can you ask the duty cycle of the VXT injectors, when I had the duty cycle was over 92% , which is bad should be below 80% to give ECU enough range for injecting more fuel Peter was very quick to pick up on this when I first sent him my setup, he said VXT injectors would be over 90% duty cycle ( 3.1 pulley).

How small is the pulley your using Kieran?

I maxed out tubby injectors with a 3inch.

Are you sure you're CS aren't putting VXR ones on?

They will map the m62/2.2 with a 6750rpm limit with the 3.1" pulley.

I had the 3.35" on and then swapped to the 3.1" later - it tugged a touch harder. Went back to 3.35" before it moved on just so it was safe for new owner.

Cheers for clearing that up john it's something I have been trying to get a answer to for some time

Going over the tubby injector limits can also have to do with the lifespan of the fuelpump, filter etc.

In my case the standard stage II ran lean with the turbo injectors, and i switched to vxr's to fix that.

Just noticed version 2.7

Website now updated with changelog :)

Version 2.7.1.6

 • More realistic injector times in fuel tables. The underlying calibration has not changed, only the view on the calibration has been changed. So do NOT not copy the injector times from the old PC software versions into this new version. From now on only use this version to view all your calibration files.
 • Warning to first make the new calibration permanent when parameters are changed.
 • More realistic power numbers above 300 hp.
 • Problem fixed for boost pressures higher than 2.6 bar.
 • Part numbers added to dropdown list.

The way the injector timing is illustrated in the program has changed, however the configuration in the ECU has not. Everything else on the list appears to be bug fixes and functionality improvement.s

Eek! I wouldn't. I started to drop a valve due to running stnd springs with piper cams. Luckily I caught it before it dropped in. The stnd valve springs allowed valve bounce which allowed the collets to chew away on the valve stems.

Or buy some springs like the dutch guys did? You've spent ££££ and forged the engine so why skimp on this area?

If I'm being really honest I can't see the point of reving a M62 charger past 7250 rpm with anything less than a 3.1 pulley (maybe bigger) Unless/Untill we come up with a effective way of cooling the air
