Chris can you remember if my wideband was showing a reading of 14.7 on my older logs? I'm wondering that if my wideband sensor is crap and showing the readings in getting.

has anyone experienced the OBDII interface thing stopping working and then being undetectable?

I was in the middle of a power run and an error came up which was unrelated and then it wouldn't connect to the software.. tried pretty much everything I could think off and nothing..

when you plug in into the laptop nothing appears, nothing shows up just nothing happens.. tried to find the com ports in the device manager and nothing is there either..

any idea?

just to add, the lights on the interface work and the red light stays illuminated as long as its plugged into the laptop, or the OBD port on the car.

When you say an error came up is that Windows error or the OBDTuner software? I get occasional problem with it not seeing the com ports but I'm using Bluetooth and 99% of the time its if I've brought the laptop out of standby. Have you tried turning it off and on again? :D

So you achieve this without water injection?

I would recommend anyone using or planning on the OBD software get a new O2 sensor. Since a new fuel lean the fuel trims have been very low. Also the car drives and idles better. The sensor I used was an NTK which was identical to the original GM.

Primary (before the cat). This is the sensor used to control the fuelling. I would like to add there was no fault with the original sensor. Also the above should read fuel learn not lean oops!

Hi guys I'm posting my ecu to peter tomorrow and have two questions.

1. The ecu compatibility says G15 as the required ecu, but mine doesn't say G15 anywhere on it? Before I send it can someone assure a thicko like me that it'll work lol?

Posted Image

2. Who is best to send with? Royal Mail or a private firm and do I insure it for a particular price?

Cheers,
Pete.
