Scrap that.
Engine volume, intake, manifold, head + valves, cams and exhausts ALL influence a Speed Density based system.
Some more that others, but that's why you need to do a fuel learn on each engine, as no engine is the same.
Peter has several good base maps that he tailors for your application and will get you going, but for max performance some more effort is required. First you must check if fuel trims and knock retard are within limits and build from there..
Edit; and agree with the "Stage" bollocks. It was good for the base Courtenay SC-1 and SC-2 (chargecooled) difference, but beyond that simply list your mods.
