There are no such things as "stages" For fucks sake

On hardware there is.   Stage 1 = M62 with larger pully. No chargecooling. Stage 2 = Stock M62 on stock engine, chargecooled. Stage 3 = Enforced engine or B207 with smaller pully using an M62, chargecooled. Stage 4 = Enforced engine or B207 with harrop, chargecooled.   As each can have a gap of 50bhp in config, and people can be in between. The stage at least gives an indication of where they are.

Stages should be about power not individual mods.. Stage 1 - 200 - 220 bhp Stage 2 - 220 - 260 bhp Stage 3 - 260 - 300 bhp Stage 4 - 300 - 360 bhp

And what's after 360? Stage 5 6 etc?

It would be interesting to share power measurement graphs to see what differences the changes in hardware make.

No idea what power I'll end up with but what I will say is that I sent my ecu to Peter on Monday afternoon, and by Wednesday he had received it, unlocked it, and dispatched it back to me. Top service and top advice too.

Just fitted my Dutch, still NA for the next few weeks. Car feels a little more perky though not sure it's any quicker. All std except EGR delete and fans at 98. The pops, bangs and farts are immense though, the Larini always was a popping setup but now it's up to 11 (in a good way)!

That's the faster throttle rsponse the software brings. It's probably not quicker though. Only mods make it quicker, not the software.
