No I don't think it's any quicker, but it's picking up better than before. It feels like it's had a service!

Thanks.

Do you have the exact type number, as a quick search only shows android versions.

They're sh!t and discontinued now but go for anywhere between £40 and £100. Fill your boots on five of 'em.

If someone did, he must have gotten his flux capacitor working, as that bid was done 7 days ago.

I bought a similar tablet for my 87 year old mum, thinking that'll be good enough for her. Well it's not, chronically slow, poor screen, no chance of upgrading the software. Waste of £40 😕 and now I've got to buy her a decent one.

Mines is the window 7 version and is super fast. It's just as quick as my girlfriends laptop amd works perfect. I just need to get it hard wired into my car then it will be perfect for the software.

Look at the Acer Iconia's if you want 7". They did some older ones with Windows 7 on, as well as the newer stuff with Windows 8.1. Windows 7 is near useless as a tablet operating system on a low resolution or small screen - for OpCom it's fine but not sure it's a good idea to be twatting about with OBDTuner's tables with it. OBDTuner works fine on a proper full Windows 8 or 8.1 tablet (make sure you don't go near Windows RT running an ARM chip).

Mine is 10 inch version. I was thinking of making a mount that would bolt under the dash with the tablet on a flexible mount that can be flipped out when needed. I've had a look on the tablet but there's no numbers it's this one on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281410999766 Be careful with some other tablets as this is my third attempt to try and get it a tablet to work with the software.
