What filter are you guys going to be running with the ls4? I've been looking at the pipercross vm7100 http://www.thepiperc...0_p24639425.htm or type 8 itg filter on here http://www.jjcracean...uminium-air-box

I will be eventually going down this route Was going to try a Y piece right on the TB with 2 air-filters first Which I'm hoping will reduce induction noise and also put enough surface area within the Y to feed the TB

I'm on the 7100 now, and will remain to use it on the harrop next year.

How would you rate it so far and will in be able to do its job at 400 bhp?

I would pefer to use a paper filter that can be changed once a year. I will have to look into his project thread but what filtre did he use and air box?

It's been on there only a few months, and no complaints so far. (on stage 3)

The 7100 comes with some rubber spacers for size.

Venom mentions up to 76mm is good for 300bhp, and the 100mm up to 400. (on a dutch website; not the venom one)

I will not be chasing big hp on mine though (330 isch due to pully)

80mm to start with. Then add water injection and see if i can get it under control. (ie under 60 inlet temps)

Then slowly try 75mm, and if push comes to shove the 70mm.

This is what i have gathered so far (hoping more people will add info on B207's with harrops)

(results are not carved in stone. Just use for educational pupose)

Ultimate had some misfortune with his B207 on the 70mm (excessive oil usage), but no news on what's the cause yet.

He's now planning on a new engine with a larger pully iirc.

Yes. (though exmantaa has an lsj, and speedster4fun has a Z20NET)

Upgrading internals seems to be a UK thing for now

We only have 1 guy with a harrop on his Z22SE.

(easy 350hp, but eating oil like crazy due to the wiseco pistons)
