Its a very outdated mentally that auctions are where to pick up bargains!!
Some may know that I deal in and restore antique furniture and its almost impossible to buy at auction. Too many auction shows on TV!!

3 k tops mark wat u think
Its been standing for 2 years also, possibly in the open in that yard in the photos. If I'd got over to see it I thought about £2.5k to £2.7k max. It just isnt going to be as straight forward as the seller describes
