I needed some replacement mats for my car, my drivers side one has seen better days, I've worn a hole through it and 2 of the triangle patches are missing. So when I saw Cliffie had a set for sale, I snapped them up.

When they arrived they'd obviously seen better days:




Out came the Auto smart G101 and serveral scrubs and rinses in the bath later, they were looking a lot better.

Once they had fully dried, I applied some Gtechniq I1 Smart Fabric for protection:




Intriqued by Gtechniqs claims, I did a little experiment with a piece of toilet paper, its neat stuff!

I have used that on my roof, never thought about trying it on the mats.

It's on my roof too I've also got the C1.5 silo seal on the bodywork, great stuff!
