I wouldn't say R1Rs or AD08s are that track biased...a happy medium I'd say..only IMO

R1R / AD08 thumbsup/>

Cheers MrSimba they look good but scare me a bit as come heavy rain and snow the tread looks too track orientated, I drive my car 40 miles a day. Dont really fancy stacking it...

I dont really need massive grip on track just tyres that wont dicintergrate... :D/>

I commute on R1Rs. They're much better than bridge stones in the wet. Water displacement is amazing.

I wouldnt dream of putting any of those tyres on a commuter, they are all track day tyres?

My AD08's are noticeably better on wet roads than the KU31's that they replaced. I wouldn't want to hit a large puddle in them at motorway speeds but I wouldn't want to do the same with any of the other tyres on the market either.

Not really fussed about the colour tbh. I much prefer the look of standard wheels and will keep them for road use I just need a set of wheels for track tyres :)

Or Federal RSR's.

I'm running RS-R's and have found them to be fine. I'll be honest and say I've probably only done 100 miles do far tho. They spin up in the cold quite easily and are sensitive to damp roads however when driving through a patch of water the seemed to cope the same as my worn bridgestones. It's too early for me to say yeah they're great stuff everything else but from what I'd read about them they seemed worth the punt. The r1r's are well regarded and ad08's are run by a lot of the guys whose opinions I count as important.

The colour; regardless of what we call it, is the colour in the photo on page 1. Any other colour will affect lead times and most importantly the price. These are £408 a set plus delivery. The offsets and sizes are VX220 specific and are the same as the TMS spec. I am only brokering this deal; I am not collecting money or processing orders. The wheels are on a three week lead time. At this time, the TD1.3 is not listed as available for the VX220, that is because we are instigating the first ever sets. How about that for unique? I will post up payment details as soon as they are confirmed.
