so 166bhp divided car+driver ,1107Kg =  150 bhp/tonne class C limit

 

166/175 = 914Kg is the minimum weight you could run in Class B , which I am guessing you are aiming at

I'm presuming that power is the fly measurment from CMS, the regs are based on an at the hubs measurement.

166 is at the fly, CMS said thats about 145 at Tthe hubs. At end of race car, driver and fuel is around 970 So we're bang on the 150 per ton limit for lass C

Testing today and I've already kissed the tyre wall, snapped the steering wheel and damaged te splitter on a high kerb. Cars going well though

Done a Bombay repair on it with metal plate and bolts, new one coming up with bot later, thanks

Was it an actual Momo wheel? i've heard of the copies snapping, but not the real thing. Might be worth reconsidering your seat position if you find yourself pulling at the wheel too much.

Was it an actual Momo wheel? i've heard of the copies snapping, but not the real thing. Might be worth reconsidering your seat position if you find yourself pulling at the wheel too much.

It was an actual Chinese wheel :)
