Muddy and wet roads with a lot of traffic about. 1080p setting with open back case.

Wow, the night time quality is awesome, especially on a 1080p setting! I may be swaying towards getting a 3  Great run out thumbsup I want to see Bob's video from his camera, seemed packed with features yet reasonably priced :poke:

The problem with having it outside in that weather was that it got covered in mud very quickly and so after that the first section it starts to get quite dull.

I'll see if I can piece something together, but I was recording at 720p 60fps

Very clear and the quality is excellent. Is that. A black edition you have?

Yup. Not sure how much difference there is between the silver and black in low light conditions.

Another viewer now jealous of the Go Pro Hero Black Edition. How do you have it mounted for the incar shots? On the rear window with a suction mount? Do you need to buy other stuff as well as the Go Pro e.g. some sort of hard drive to record to?

Yes, I use the suction mount on the rear screen. Works ok but I do get a bit of vibration through it. Could be as I have the powerflex front and rear engine mounts. It just records onto a micro sd card which you have to buy separately.

When we meet in Scotland it's to go for a drive, not to sit in a car park.
