ive not eaten...im just sat, staring at my car on the ramps. They have found the tensioner arm is smashed apart from anything else. So could be a slipping issue. difficult to explain as its still in one piece and tensions up fine statically, but might not be working dynamically.

Vocky was just saying at the weekend that what looked like a perfect tensioner "exploded" when he touched it and nearly took his head off. Replacing them should be a standard part of the conversion. Mine was part of my initial squealing belt syndrome back when Courtenay's first did my conversion. Luckily they managed to overnight one to Back on Track to fit, when I was en route to a French trackday. :wacko:

Ok today I want to get the fuel lines sorted and the S bend water pipe in does anyone have any other pics of this area, Just to give me a clue

I didnt bother with the S bend.


Mine is exactly the same. Just as Courtenay's did it four years ago when they did the conversion and no ill effects.

The only difference i can see is it being a little more awkward when taking the charger off. No prob to me :)
