Vocky was just saying at the weekend that what looked like a perfect tensioner "exploded" when he touched it and nearly took his head off. Replacing them should be a standard part of the conversion. Mine was part of my initial squealing belt syndrome back when Courtenay's first did my conversion. Luckily they managed to overnight one to Back on Track to fit, when I was en route to a French trackday. :wacko:/>

Here you see the s-bend with the alloy joiner to mate with the oem hose.

I didnt bother with the S bend.
Mine is exactly the same. Just as Courtenay's did it four years ago when they did the conversion and no ill effects.
