I didnt bother with the S bend.


Mine is exactly the same. Just as Courtenay's did it four years ago when they did the conversion and no ill effects.


same here, been like that for years..

The only difference i can see is it being a little more awkward when taking the charger off.

No prob to me :)

Either around the charger, or go over it, the result is the same.

I was thinking of bringing the fuel pipes over the other of the engine well away from the belt, Thoughts on this please, Also what has been used to join the S bend to the original hose, My original hose is not long enough to go over the charger without putting unnessary presure on it

I did this (didn't like them so close to the belt)
Replaced with rubber hose all the way back to the fuel pump much safer i think
Will post some pics later, can be done fairly cheaply if you don't go the aeroquip way..

Just unclip the fuel pipes and cabletie them out of the way.

Ok that what I'm going to do,


If you start cutting fuelpipes etc and joining them id be more worried the joins will hold up under pressure than the possibility of them catching the belt, expecially if ive cabletied them out of the way.. Even more so if you have a jg belt protector.

Yes I bought 1 for the job but its far to thin IMO
I've put in a bit of 32 mm waste pipe in for now

Is the 32mm aloy joiner mentioned on the SC parts CS site, as i can´t seem to find it.
