110 was in a very Hot day 39degree also Dual pass 2 coolers at the Front and big pump At the Moment i modified my intake manifold make a in and Outlet with 76mm pipes Remove laminovas and connect this pipes with a big water to air chargecooler Nice day

very interesting. I have a pro alloy Turbo chargecooler lying here since a while.
Wanted to built something like you described but never started.

Execution could be a lot better than that...
Results in the US were not so good with those modded intakes and with their E85 there is not much efforts to change/mod/improve the stock intake...
A good water injection system is probably easier/cheaper and in the end better, but let's see.

but might just stick a small pulley on it just to try and top 400 hp

little update on the plug situation
after the miss fire on the BKR7E plug which have a gap of around 0.85mm and are nickel tipped
i changed them to the standard saab plugs which are ngkr 20pfr6d-10g iridium plugs with a gap of 0.9mm and the car runs extremely well on these but after inspecting the plug they are running a hot
here is a pic of the BKR7E nickel plug which also looks like its running slightly hot
so ive put some NGK 2668 BKR8EIX IX iridium plug in and from new arebetween 0.7 and 0.75mm gapped
ive not done many miles on them yet but first impressions are good. the car idles better with both type of iridium plug ( saab and latest plug ) than the nickel one and also the car seems to pull a lot smoother with them also
