Very interested to hear your results with that. I know of a few who did that in the US with an intercooler plumbed in, but their results were not so good...

Execution could be a lot better than that...

Results in the US were not so good with those modded intakes and with their E85 there is not much efforts to change/mod/improve the stock intake...

A good water injection system is probably easier/cheaper and in the end better, but let's see.

little update on the plug situation

after the miss fire on the BKR7E plug which have a gap of around 0.85mm and are nickel tipped

i changed them to the standard saab plugs which are ngkr 20pfr6d-10g iridium plugs with a gap of 0.9mm and the car runs extremely well on these but after inspecting the plug they are running a  hot

Posted Image

here is a pic of the BKR7E nickel plug which also looks like its running slightly hot

Posted Image

so ive put some NGK 2668 BKR8EIX IX iridium plug in and from new arebetween 0.7 and 0.75mm gapped

Posted Image

ive not done many miles on them yet but first impressions are good. the car idles better with both type of iridium plug ( saab and latest plug ) than the nickel one and also the car seems to pull a lot smoother with them also

Surprised you weren't running iridium or platinum plugs with the smaller tip. As these now used on most new turbo engines.

I put the bkr7E when I put the HArrop on last year, I asked the local factors to get me a set of 7s which were for the Saab and this is what I put in, Maybe I should of done more research before buying them
