If you start cutting fuelpipes etc and joining them id be more worried the joins will hold up under pressure

6000psi if you use aeroquip throughout

Even more so if you have a jg belt protector.

I have ram my fuel lines over the alternator down the side of the block as they were originally, I think the belt cover would be I good idea will you PM me price with delivery then I can make up my mind And pictures

I haven't cut any fuel lines just shifted them away from belt, Look forward in the future I will have the lines changed and run them the other way across the engine

Still, that would undoubtedly still be sitting in amongst all the other bits and all the new AN/braided fuel line setup currently parked on top of that. :wacko:

I've got a few questions. 1. Where is the brake vacume hose I don't recall taking it of from anywhere?

u mean you've lost it? it comes in from the pass side sill, its about a 13mm hose connects to sc just after tb, u can see it in the pic i posted earlier

connects to sc just after tb, u can see it in the pic i posted earlier


Did it come off the old manifold

yes i believe an L shaped outlet close to the tb mount if i remember the na manifold correctly

2.4 manifold is an L shaped outlet right next to tb 2.2 manifold it seems to come out of the side of main body of manifold

It's not long enough and if you look carefully it has already been joined
Is this normal?
Do you need the clip on the end to connect it to the SC or can you just push it on

That join is the one-way valve. Can't answer the other questions though :D

Cut that clip off and replace with new from the 1 way valve.

:yeahthat: It's normal 12mm inner diameter fuel hose. You should find that at any automotive store.

Thanks all going to extend from the one way valve with 12mm inner diameter tube and I'm going to try it with the clip and locking yellow plastic thingy. Ps thanks all.

Just a other quick question,

I've just replaced and extended the brake hose but can anyone confirm the inner diameter the 1 I have bought (12mm) looks bigger than the original
