I've been thinking about zandvoort target time think a 2 min flat will be a great target but will be 4 seconds quicker than last year so will be a tall order so I'm going to say if the weather is good anything below 2.02 will be a result

What a day at the circuit yesterday
I've never been so worried about my car failing as I was very un prepared for this event but the car has held up so far and only the trip home left

Posted Image

I did hit my target on the last run of a very hammered day
Most of the sc cars were having issues with the sound limits so after the first session I had no choice after my warning to lift down the straights
But on my last run that was my opportunity to see if I was going to hit the target time
😜
Which I am happy I did which made my day
Just hope I have some god footage as my camera did have a hissy fit
Great trip great people brilliant !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i would rather not talk about vx miles per gallon

was using 20 litres of fuel every 12 mins on track

Are you sure you did not mix some stuff during the conversion?

12 min is about 6 laps. A lap is 4.3 km. 6 x 4.3 = 25.8 km.

When you use 20 liters during that, there is something seriously wrong.

I myself did about 8.6 liters during those 12 min on track.

I wish smiley this above session

drive from the petrol station (BP)

did the session and back to the BP station was 23 litres of fuel

i did get fuel starvation on 4 of the later laps

thats what the petrol station receipt said

With all these talks of fuel starvation is it time we went back to an extra fuel pump and a swirl pot like before the new in tank pump was available.

I only get starvation when I'm on refill but for some of you fuel gulpers you are getting it when the tank still says 20+ litres.

On the Noble you are advised not to run the tank low on track as the engine runs lean and causes a fair amount of damage.

After about track 70km's I start noticing fuel starvation hickups after the long left hander and everytime I filled her right up with ~20liters till full. Pretty consistent 1l/3.5km. :ninja:

The long left hander is a nightmare

do try a give the car a flick right to slosh the fuel over to the right side of the fuel tank

the tank needs baffles really

I've had issues at Bedford, Rockingham and Snetterton. I ended up short shifting to 4th at Rockingham but it was happening after using less than 10 litres of fuel so I could only get a handful of decent laps in before running back to the petrol station.

Maybe I'll just buy some big fuel cans and a luggage rack...

That's really poor :( I'd be interested to hear quantum's response on this. Is it too late to switch to NTR 40's?

Quantum will be sorting them out for me Nothing is confirmed about the failure yet But it would appear the part in bottom of the body has unscrewed and dumped all its oil All over my wheels and freshly powder coated wish bones They were going to send me a new set out so I didn't have to change my mounts back to standard but they would only do this if there was no marks on the original shocks Which there was So this really was the icing on the cake why I've gone public I'm not happy they have done less than 2000 miles
