Ok I think the car is ready for the clam, at long last, I have managed to waste 3 hours or so today,
Whilst looking for a earth for my pump I decided to get it from the bolt just inside the chassis on the passenger side behind the ear.. Straight forward you would think? NO

The bolt started to turn but the nut on the back was spinning normally this wouldent be a problem depart from the fact the nut in the back was a round cylinder type thing with a tread on it.
It was also inside the box section part of the chassis in a in extensible place,
3 hours later with the wife turning the nut, and me under the car trying everything to tighten the earth bolt back up, in the end I had to use a long file wedged in between the chassis and the round cylinder, I think it tightened by luck in the end rather than skill..
Anyway a few pics of the car waiting for the clam and header tank.

if the fuel gauge is registering full and it isn't and the car is level, then you may have bent the float

Just noticed you had the apexi filter, I put one of these on my blue sc and it restricted it, intake pipe collapsing etc, Think nicolw on here had same problems, thought I was getting a bargain from Japan @ £40 instead of £70-80 over here, I was wrong, it was a very very good fake, same box, wrapping, stickers etc. Apparantly a few mm smaller bore, gold nuts on filter instead of silver and the black plastic cone is of a rough texture and not a gloss finish. The filter card element must be crap so double check it and you may release more bhp!

Your ECU fitting looks a bit odd. Most are located where your pump is, well out of the way. What did you do to the felt lining, it looks ripped to shreds?!

I mounted ECU closer to the throttle body so I could mount pump there ,
The drill attacked the felt
