im sure the temps would of stayed between 30 and 40 for as long as the water lasted,

one thing i did think about last night was changing the restrictor   in the fast acting valve to a smaller one i will put this on my list to try next

ive tried reducing  the duty cycle to the controller but this didnt cool as well and also tried altering the controller to control the water later and this didnt work well with the temps

so there is a few more things to try which will reduce the amount of water used and be effective

IAT's between 30° and 40°C while giving it the beans on track is an achievement...   thumbsup How about fitting a size smaller jets? (a PITA to access/fit now...)

yes this would be  a PITA to do but is a option, i will try puting a smaller restrictor in the fast acting valve first and then see how that goes

my thinking was keeping the duty cycle the same but restrict the a amount of water

but its working and at the moment im happy there will also be a bit of fine tuning in the map as i dont think im making the most of the water with ignition yet, the failsafe is working great, a the water gets lower the second map kicks in the bit to becareful off as the ecu comes out of failsafe when you get the water at a level with the sensor it takes three seconds for the water to kick back in.

Shark helmets are the fastest. In white they're worth at least 30bhp.

You might be lucky but I only use my black HJC in the vx these days. My white shark is reseved solely for motorbike use. If you want tyre life, try a yellow Arai.

Think I'm going to invest in some bells and rotors this year see if this helps to get more than 2 & 1/2 days out of a set of pads The other thing I've been thinking about is the water injection tank I got a good 8-10 laps before the fail safe kicked in ( probably still a good litre in the tank )on the water tank (2.2 litres ) which really is not quite enough, I know there some room behind the battery and heater and could probably get a good 10 litres of water down there if I found the correct tank, but think a 5 litre tank down there feeding from a new 2.2 litre washer bottle should see me good and only require me to car a other 5 litres of water along with me for the day I'm hoping to get a off the shelf 5 litre tank which will fit down there So next week I will have a good look around and see what's available. I did wonder about a 5 litre Jerry can

I have those arms and never liked how little thread protrudes from the ball joint when done up. If the nut loosens on oem it should at least stay down the thread so if the taper fit goes it just gets loads of play rather than loss of control. On these arms the nut barely has a thread out the nylon.
