Yeah vxr injectors and everything was done at CS so it was on the dyno time and time again and no problem from what I was told from CS.

I think the word problem is a bit strong.

So if your 313 horsies were about 277 on a hot day, or after some strong pushing on track.

Would you notice?

When I did Anglesey a couple years back it was roasting hot day and I was out on track all day just about (spent £200 on fuel) and I couldn't notice any loss in power and was still pulling like a train. It got that hot that my badge melted off in my engine and fell off.

That's the key point in this. It's a gradual proces, so you hardly notice. (plus 277 is still a lot)

According to the germans who use the DIN70020 correction, their rule of thumb is about 3% power loss on every 10 degrees rise.

I'm also not sure how long the ecu stores/enforces the retarded ignition.

My car definitely felt slower on the same map at pembrey than it was recently at Anglesey in (December ) Not saying it's all down to inlet temps

You need to change out the thermostat housing to start with, as the Saab does not fit with an F23 box. ;-)

Why not leave the fuel pipes standard?
