scrap this question i have just found a heater matrix drawing !!!!!!

you need to connect the saab oil cooler into the heater circuit.
So connect one vx220 heater hose to the saab oil cooler and the other side of the saab oil cooler goes to where the original vx220 heater hose went to. The other vx220 heater hose remains untouched.
The large coolant hose connects as normal to the thermostat, except you are removing the vx220 oil cooler and using a 32mm alloy hose connector instead. You will have to modify this hose to clear the saab oil cooler.

I assume it will be best to use the heater return on the air box side of car to go to oil cooler. No wonder the heater is not so good on a vx looking at the way it's plumbedyou need to connect the saab oil cooler into the heater circuit. I have taken the alloy block off the g-boxChill it should be easy to push back is the bleed nipple open? If not are you trying to compress the air trapped inside. What you must not do is extend the slave by pressurising the system with no clutch attached or you will blow the seals.
