Just changing slave in the clutch and got a quick question Does the new slave dosent seem to compress as much as the old one Do I have the right slave ?? Bolt holes are all the same etc and it fits

I wouldn't of touched it. Should of just bolted it on and bled it up when the engines in the car. Hope you haven't fcuked anything up.

Had some free time today to do a bit more, But felt I have taken 7 steps forward and 6 1/2 backwards All went well until I started with the saab oil cooler I wish I had just blanked it off and used the standard oil cooler, I expected to have to modify the heater pipes for the cooler but I am also going have to change the main coolant pipes to as the oil cooler gets in the way of the normal route for it, Also the header tank pipe will need modifying to But other than that things went quite well connecting the sensors up and remounting fuel lines and supercharger Drive shafts are back in Pcv is now not blocked of at work Tomoz but hope to get all sorted ready to fire up for the weekend

Also the header tank pipe will need modifying to

Really? There's not much to modify on there. What do have to do to it?

I ended up bending the coolant bottle bracket slightly to stop the header tank feed pipe from kinking

No But I have altered the pipe work for the engine coolant the water manifold could of done with a angle welding on it but I have settled for a 45' degree 32mm silicone hose If you are careful where you cut the original 19mm heater pipes you can get away with buying a 19mm U bend to complete the 19mm pipes

Unfortunately the company decided to spend more time making it shiny than checking the flange was straight so they lost the business.
