All the designwork ready to be copied by harrop :-)

You do know that Harrop only cast/machine the casings and has to buy the TVS rotors from Eaton.

The H62 was a prototype TVS. Only 7 or so in the world...

Quite a few people port the M62 in other applications but not much mention on here. Most of the work seems to be on the inlet side, the throttle can also be ported. Meant to be good for 10-20 bhp? May be a better option than sticking a smaller pulley on which just pushes the charger out of its efficiency range and up goes the heat.

I have some minor porting on my charger I'm confident I can get to 300 horses with my 3.1 pulley, might take a little time but I will get there.

Just thought i would show people there is more than peak bhp to be gained by going to stage 3

this is my stage 2 vs stage three

stage 2 was optimised to my stock engine,

the stage 3 is just after fuel learn ( not optimised )

Looks like a nice line that does. Are you aiming for 300 bhp or 300 pk?

300 bhp would be nice but might be pushing my luck But I'm determined to get at least 300 pk on the graph

Got you. I was just reading it as "peak" power. thumbsup Looks like it's yet another metric measurement of power to go on top of all of the others.

In UK figures currently: 289bhp 238 ft lb. Nice gain over the previous run Chris. Peter has revised the figures given by the software after comparing his cars software results to a hub dyno. Multiple runs were carried out and the software gave accurate comparisons. My N/A car is now giving 175 ft lb not the previous 190 ft lb which in now very believable. I got 167 ft lb at CS on the std throttle body turbo back box and CS map. Now have 65mm throttle 2.5" backbox and Dutch software.

How much knock are you creating Chris on that power run?

Around 1.1 but peter has sent me new transient settings like your self to reduce it I will be doing some knock learning when the weather allows, and then I will increase the ignition slowly to get best power with less than 0.5 of knock I didn't want to worry you with my knock as you have to reduce your own.
