The originals are 12 months old and I have had no issues with them.
Maybe it's about seeing how/ if the old ones are wearing
The only real difference I can see at the moment is the colour these have black bodies where as my old ones have blue bodies
But I will look more closely when I change them over next week

Concerning my PCV I have now connected up my Pcv to my inlet ( pre throttle body ) and I'm going to see how it effects the inlet system if this means I have to clean everything up after the trial then so be it, I also have the Pcv hole in engine inlet open,
So I will have a fully working Pcv system, it's just a case of how much oil starts to foul things up,
I have some new transient setting from peter along with the new low rpm ignition setting, I will also be using the latest version of the software so a new full fuel learn will be carried out,
I will then do a few hard miles and check the inlet system and see what the oil is doing to try and avoid this

you dont need to connect the cam breather to the inlet to have working pcv. The only reason that's done from the factory is because it's cheaper than using two filters. If you pop a small breather cone filter on the cam breather then you dont need to worry about laminova fowling.
