My partner in crime GeorgeBC is not aloud to play out today, so I have got the charge cooler pipes through to the sill cover ready for the front clam to come off to connect to the rad

I used a pad saw through the hole to put a hole in the polystyrene then threaded some John guest plastic pipe through before replacing with twin and earth then tied the water pipe to that and it pulled through quite nicely

You might want a new engine wound while your there. Looking forward to the ecu upgrade as are many other SC lads.

Even if you don't get the idler pulley for a few weeks, you can still complete the majority of the conversion. In fact you could probably test start the thing to check it starts and runs for a brief period, as long as the battery has good charge. The SC will run via the bypass with the drive belt not fitted.
