I don't no But from some research my base power measurement are comparable to smaller pulleys make of that what you want But I think heat is one of the biggest issues even more so on a smaller pulley My theory is that we are at the turning point of the inlet manifold no matter how much more air you squeeze in it dosent produce anymore There are exceptions to this

I say with optimized timing 350 can be done on an 80mm.

Of course much of that power will be gone once the sun comes out.

Let´s see.

It's a weird one I must say but looking at your graphs compered to mine at 380pk on a 2.9 inch pulley I have lower inlet temps. I can't work out why mine is breathing so well.

Your temps have always been low luke Which must be how your higher power levels Are achieved Can I post the comparison graph of your and mine ?

Yeah go for it. I just can't work out why tho and would like to find the answer lol. I know Chrisuk is slightly lower then mine but we both had are engines fitted with the exact same parts from the group buy and I think his couple back is helping with the extra couple of degrees lower then mine. I almost want to say that's theres something wrong with the sensor but this can't be the case as mine and chris engine are identical and the temps are very similar.

Your head flows better due to the oversized (and waisted?) valves. Better flow = less boost/back pressure = less temperature

Where's the 55kg weight difference coming from?

And any (major) aero differences? >7K you will have some air resistance playing along...

I remember now the extra 55kg was for my girlfreind being in the car as well. No major arep other then turbo spoiler and vents. This file for mine is only after doing full throttle tuning and no igniton tuning, so it's not fully mapped.

and weight

1000kg with a driver I'm a bit surprised.

Had mine corner weighted at Mr Bentleys it was 889kg with setup below.

You telling me you're all 100+KG? (says me who is! :D )

Actually tyre size is pretty critical, added and extra 2.5cm circumference in OBDTuner and gained 10bhp  :tt:

15 litres fuel

SC'd with pro-alloy rad

Amp and Sub Box (moulded fibreglass type)

1 x OEM and 1 x lightweight seat

TDs

Std mani and Milltek exhaust

Std brake discs

no hard/soft top on

Saab sump with few extra litres of oil

888's all round

It may be worth finding out from Vocky if more work was done to yours Luke as Chill's was part of the Saab engine production line from last year so less may have been done? Knowing what was done to Chill's head it could have been opened up quite a bit more and the intake side was untouched. When ramming Harrop amouns of air through the head fitting oversized valves and more extensive porting could show large gains.

Lee has .5 oversize valves as well, wonder how he went. Need to sort these figures out so we all work from the same standards, must remember to drop my weight down to 900kg then, really need some base weights and to do it properly we all need to be on the same dyno the same day, sounds like a meet at Matt Bentley then. :-) for info I self ported both inlet and exhaust in my z22se head

Luke's cylinder head had different porting than the others mentioned  thumbsup

Mine is just over 1000kg with 28 litres of fuel according to the fuel guage 😜 And unfortunately I'm the wrong side of 100 kg so my weight is very accurate as is weather conditions and tire size I try to be as honest as can be with power runs but do admit that weight could be a couple of KG out
