It's actually to big to put the 125mm ducting in the ear
I'm thinking of a naca duct over the ear on start of wheel arch with a 125mm adapter or on the triangler piece where the fuel filler cap is on the other side

Any thoughts on best place to put it
& where to get a naca duct with a 5" round adapter piece on it

Filter only just fits in It's that big I had to use the wheel arch to get it in

If it is sticking well into the ear I would not worry about the ducting I think it is only to stop warm air from the engine being drawn in. I would just try it as is before messing with ducting as you may just end up restricting flow. Do you still need the 90 degree adapter? If so I will drop it off tomorrow.

ok new filter is on 

LS4 is on 

fuel learning done 

top end fueling done and AFR are good in the power runs 

 

but still have a issue 

my thoughts are boost leak or belt slip or maybe even its the car over coming a wall of  heat of some description

And did you alrready play with ignition timing in the dip? (cannot see any knock retard)

There is very little knock No extra power is gained by putting more ignition in tried a extra 3 degrees and no change but does get knock It's been put to me it could be wheel spin so going to try a third gear run Problem is with that is the speed I will be going when I hit limiter So private long road required 😉

Can't see from that but no dip in boost it just keeps climbing.

If belt was slipping I would be losing boost I'm not losing boost

If your boost is consistent, can you see any strange things in wheel speed vs rpm's in the logs? (wheel/clutch slip...)

 

I think you had this dip in all your logs? Something head/cam/exhaust related?
