Hi guys, i am really loving being part of this forum and hope one day to offer help rather than just require it.
I live in Derby and need a standard service on the VX. Any recommendations? Interested to hear the charges as well. I will want the book stamped.
Thx, K.

Hi, I live in derby and Martin at Pentagon Vauxhall is VERY good. The people at the service desk however are not.
Liam at MMG is in Ashbourne and would probably recommend you call him

MMG Performance.
But potentially dangerous as you're bound to get talking to Liam or see other VXs in the workshop...and that leads to £££ being spent on mods.
At a push, Pentagon Vauxhall. They still keep a token trained-up-guy for when VXs turn up. The perennial thorn in their side.
Expect the usual "we don't get many of them..." comments!!

Pentagon Burton are ace. Steve their mega technician is a real enthusiast for all fast Vauxhalls (and rapid bikes). Steve usually takes care of the VX220's. Pentagon have done a lot of work/tuning on my car and they have never let me down and will quote you before you book in. I always buy my own parts in advance and this is never a problem for Pentagon Burton. Plus you get a hire car.
Liam at MMG is a really trustable guy, he has done work on my car. I would expect he will do more work for me in the future.
Kind regards, Paul

No brainer. MMG.
I've decided Pentagon Vauxhall are doodahs. I've tried and tried with them. They just aren't nice to deal with. Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to deal with Martin.
