Having had a rear light lense fall off on a very very hot track day I wang something that won't come apart. Lol
I'd say it was just your poor DIY skills that caused that.

Need to reseal some headlights but would like to take them apart at a later date.
Can I reheat tigerseal to break them apart or can someone recommend a different sealant that's more manageable.
Cheers!
Tiger seal is a polyurethane sealant very strong and flexible try silicone sealant it will come apart easier.

This topic reminded me of those old adverts where they had a bloke hanging from various precarious locations held there by his overalls bonded in place or something.

will it not?? i think you are wrongSilicone will not do. If you get plenty of heat on the tiger seal it will come apart but really it should be viewed as permanent.
