Is there much chance of me managing to do this properly without the car being here. Or so I spray them here now they are splt and then take them to the bodyshop in 2 parts and try line them up there/give them to them to line up.

I'm about to attempt this. I might leave the lights in the car and then heat the lenses with a big ol hairdryer, and see if I can use the shape of the body to seat the lights correctly.... That is unless someone has tried this with hilarious consequences......
