I'm having real trouble getting an email from them - I just need a zzp style pulley because the zzp modular ones only go up to 3.1" and I need a 3.35" one........

Seems like things haven't changed in 2 years. They took freaking weeks before anything was actually sent out when multiple calls to them they said they had. Searching on the US forums at the time also confirmed their rubbish service. Can you get a smoothflow pully direct?

I've asked him some questions about offset etc and if he can confirm that the pulley will line up ok with the zzp hub - and no response! I have sent a further 5 emails.....no reply. Probably on divert to his spam. Did ask if he would mark as low value too - maybe he doesn't appreciate that and it has offended him.....? If that is the case - just say no and move on!!

Smooth flow direct or smoothflow through ZZP? Was ZZP I had shite from. Worst case Joe or Lee would have a std pulley and hub.

And that wasn't for supply, just fitting - warm it up for 3 hours - so they are going to do nothing in that time and charge it all to me!!!??????

I can't complain I ordered on Tuesday paid through PayPal and it arrived 1 week later, I did email them to make sure they were the same as I needed for my modular and he answered within 2 days, I have a standard pulley 3.35" I think

Are you running a 3.1 with standard internals?
