I quite like that, as above it would be good to see it on the car.

Again Matt works hard to prove that most of the rest of the world is dumb, lazy and incapable. If you manage to keep this up and decide to have kids then the world needs to announce a 'third coming' (or second, depending on your religious persuasion).

Where does one acquire a "Man Shed"? Does it imbue the owner with special Man-powers, including but not limited to: The ability to mould intricate plastic shapes with ones bare hands? The skill to weld or, as I have learned, fuse metal using a small animal called a Mig? The intensity of thought to pluck ideas from the air and cure previously debilitating ailments? How about the power of flight? That do anything for ya? That's levitation, Holmes. How 'bout the power to kill a yak, from 200 yards away...with mind bullets! Sorry... lapsed into Tenacious D, Wonderboy, there at the end. Anyway - nice work, as ever! thumbsup

About time I pulled my finger out and hacked off a biiiig chunk of hinge. Anyway, its on albeit not 'fitted'. Needs a jiggle but its started snowing again so I left it. Weighs in at 5kg (OEM is 6.2 kg) on the missus's scales. cant imagine they're that accurate but I'd hope the difference is about right.

Took the moulds down to my local glass shop to see about 'production'. Looking at 325 each.
