just picked up my vx from its MOT(passed) and i swear the suspension feels softer (driving over the usual bumps on the way home didnt have the usual effect)
looked at the description of whats checked for the suspension for an MOT and it mentions they might jack up wheels to check operation of suspension - could that hve a temporary effect on the suspension units ?
I have got adjustable shocks - guess its possible they were adjusted by mistake but seems v unlikely...
otherwise probably just all in my head - car had just finished its test and was already hot - not used to getting into it in that state....maybe it feels softer after its warmed up ??

the car will be lifted off the ground and it may take a little time to 'resettle' but not a significant amount of time

Warm shockers do act differently to cold ones. I don't know whether they are meant to, but every car I have owned is always slightly more compliant when there is some heat in tje moving parts.
