Sill Repair/replace Advice

Sill 1.
Damage to the wheel arch section, also previous damage from incorrect jacking position. Probably repairable, but is there any point when there's existing damage at the back of the sill?
Sill 2.
Blow out for about 2/3 length of car where sill bonds to chassis. Not sure how to patch this.
So i'd welcome any suggestions, mainly looking at the following options:
1. Repair, if so how
2. replace with 2nd hand part
3. vs. replace with ebay/village fox part, how much prep do they actually need?
4. assemble a crack team to raid Vocky's garage.
On the plus side, this is going to make running the CC pipes easier.

Sill 1 doesn't look too bad a job. I'm not sure about sill 2, you'd need access to the inside. Can you get at it?
Not really, might look at cutting that sill off to repair it. At the moment I've solved the issue with duct tape.

Might as well run some charge cooling pipe while you're down there...

All the parts that were left have been reattached, now using aluminium mesh to cover gaps before applying fibreglass to front and rear of it.

Top job! Pretty impressive considering what you started with!
Thanks, although I haven't touched the other side yet and that's going to be a real test - no access to the back of it.
