Hey everyone, sorry been on hoilday all week and not had chance to ring the company until today. They said they have done a few molds but they weren't happy with them as there was a few things missed out. There going to let me know when there done. I'm also missing people address and I think there's a couple more people to pay.

This excuse seems very similar to the one they gave you 2 weeks ago doesn't it?

have done a few molds but they weren't happy with them as there was a few things missed out.

Being that they've had a not insignificant sum of our money for some time I think I'd be asking them for a final backstop, eg "they will be here by xx.xx.xx at the latest" Nothing aimed at you and still thanks for organising but at some point we'll need to get firm with them. I assume if they're about to start a new mould that's effectively starting from scratch, a more sceptical person may think they haven't actually done anything yet!
