120miles from 26litres? Seems excessive fuel use to me, but not sure how other stg2 sc cars are getting on? No engine lights etc, but not checked for codes. Lambda sensors?

Could be, or MAP sensor. Are all vacuum hoses properly in place on the inlet manifold? Could also be a fuel rail issue (assuming your still NA). Or just pull the plug on the battery and reset the ECU :P

Must read tags........ valorously........ none of the above makes sense  well maybe some, I take it you still have a fuel rail

Had the mot on friday and the only way it would pass the emissions was to hold it on 2500 rpm , mines stg2 SC and the fuel consumption is also heavy .

The nas run rich as well. I would stop worrying about MPG and drive it. If you were driving it properly 120 miles from a tank would be a good effort ;) :P
