Stuwy, my fronts are 7.5J with 225 tyres. They rub at full lock - personally i think 7J and 215 would be good for track (and avoid rubbing) unless you want to be cutting thingsOh I just give up. Fek wheels and there numbers, offsets that, J this, triple reinforced that, profile this, ET that.. WTF is ET anyway!... I have read nearly every wheel topic since the beginning of time on .org and I still don't get it! What is the widest 17" front wheels I can get on the VX without issues with normal tyres that are not silly low profile ones? http://www.vx220.org...MO_DIR#/sad.png I'm so lostIts actually not a measurement at all, its the type of rim
does the "J" just mean inches?

I can confirm 215 don't rub on the front with full lock (on speedline wheels)

No my comment was for stuwy, he asked about 17" fronts. I run 17 front and rear 225F (which rub) and 245R
Aimy's are 16 in speedlines (my old speedline actually) with 215s that don't rub

Yeah there on speedlines what used to be yours and I have 235 in the back. No problems on full lock etc
