thumbsdown

I'll reserve judgement til they're mounted, but they always look out of place with their mounting system.

I do know what you mean Lee but I've always disliked the size of the standard mirrors, too big for the size of the car IMO. Won't be irreversible :)

:yeahthat:

Their footprint against the car is what put me off fitting them with the standard sort of adapter plate thing you get. This is why I opted to cut down the OEM plinths and modify the arms of my new mirrors into them.

One really good thing about these sort of mirrors is the improvement in rearward vision. Less so on yours perhaps but with mine being higher up you don't have to shift your focus downwards each time when looking in them and you are far more aware of things in your peripheral vision. thumbsup

How do you plan to mount them?  Are you going to have some plinths made up for them to fix to?

:yeahthat: Horrible tat as far as I'm concerned. Standard VX mirrors are tiny in comparison to a modern car anyway.
