I'm confused, is that video of a 300 BHP car or a 370 BHP car ?

He has had it tweaked to 300bhp for now Nev. When he gets the mapping sorted properly then it will be closer to the 375.

No it wont. 350 is the max it will be. Unless i put on cooling mods (meth) then the intake temps will be too high to keep 375bhp, it will just drop off. What seems to be interesting is that the size of the pulley doesnt directly effect the boost level. Take these examples for example.. Nick - 377 bhp 2.8" pulley Nickb777 - 360bhp 2.9" pulley Mike - 350bhp 2.75" pulley All 3 cars were running pretty much the same boost pressure and interestingly nick (377) had less power / torque up the rev range and only in the last 1000rpm did it catch up and overtake the other 2 cars. Also after god knows how many runs the 377bhp dropped to 360bhp. Mike commented that he could feel the power dropping off at croft and it wasnt particulaly hot that day. Because he uses a 2.75" pulley the compression and heat generated it more than both other cars and probably will experience bigger drops in power. I plan on sticking with the 2.9" pulley, getting it all cam timed propperly and getting a map and leaving it at 350bhp. I have no interest in having any more power.

That's crazy, it costs thousands to get to harrop spec and then you risk it all by not checking it? For what? the sake of £150.

No, Smiley is making a surreptitious reference to the OBDTuner reflash, which he believes fixes everything known to mankind, except his exhaust noise. :P

Some of us have JG. I guess we will see what the OBDTuner can do once Nick has it installed.

None of that is going to solve the bottleneck of the bloody inlet manifold and the Laminova's.
