I was looking in a little village near there and there wasn't a house for sale for under £700k :/ The guys wife and sister was there as he was at work and it was like meeting a mixture of Kate middleton and the PMs daughter. Tried to make sure i spoke properly and hide my northern slurs!

Now have a second garage, joined to my property so I don't have to go far and is £30 a month.

Got my new wheel. Just need to get the quick release hub fitted. I'm so lazy with working on the cars at the minute.

Got a list in my head of things to do this winter.
Zafira gearbox.
New clutch and slave cylinder.
Lightened fly.
Balencer delete and new chains.
Tullet exhaust with decat.
Wrap said exhaust.

Just agreed a price on a second set of TDs for wet days. Still need to find a trailer. Found that one like Jimmy's will fit in my garage length ways but its too wide. So I'm going to go for a bigger trailer, prob 2000kg MAM.

The Audi is so much better as a tow car than the Mazda. Felt incredibly stable at any speeds.
Got back to work after Bedford as I thought if I had my car here it'll encourage me to do some stuff on it!

Put it in the workshop and it makes the vx look really small :/

fitted the new wheel today. Wish I had done it weeks ago as it only took 20 minutes!
Didn't fit the spacer because as it is its about the same distance as standard. I'llsee how iI feel after brands.
The horn buttons in now too.

Also took the front clam off again to remove the towing eye mount as mine has a snapped towing eye in it.
Tried getting it out but its not looking good so it anyone has one let me know.

Took the front clam off again and removed the from towing pintle.
Drilled out the broken off towing eye. Sand blasted and painted.
Put it all back together and found the big red towing eye I got from arctic monkey doesn't fit as I still have the V in place.

Anyone know if the folding towing eye from Elise shop fits with the V in place?

Not quite but i'm going to get some standard splitters, put the V back on and go back to a silver petrol cap. The more people are changing the appearance of their vx's its making me like the standardish look. Diffuser and wheels will be staying.
