Tough call then really - without driving your car round a track! You're sure the rear pads are also Pagid? Rear pads being stock also amplifies the situation on the fronts.

All things considered I'd bet on corrosion in calipers forcing the seals into the pistons, thus the calipers dragging and overheating.
Really this is just a guess! - Its certainly not unheard of though.

Probably is the calipers, that's the one thing we've not played around with in that area and they weren't clean to begin with.
