To be fair not many people seem interested at the moment but I'm thinking that's maybe because this thread is a mess. Reckon it would be a good idea to start a fresh thread for this?
your right there, shame it takes several weeks and all just to get to the point where people actually accept there is a problem.
this would have been a whole lot easier without the dogged defense of the in-defensible.
There are many important differences throughout this that are lost in you blanket comments though Simon that I've been vocal to point out.
[*]Most short shocks effected are special orders by aftermarket tuners
[*]It doesn't seem to effect performance
[*]Nobody has ever complained about it (in fact they are mostly very happy).

Furthermore you were often far too keen to tar every product in the range with this issue etc etc which is where the dogged defense came from and rightly bloody so to be honest. It's damaging to the company reputation to just leave your (often unfounded) negative comments go unchallenged.
People were unclear of the issue when this first started as the science in understanding it is a little confusing but now that it's been broken down and people can see it for what it is, most people don't seem to care. For those that do I will try and help
I do appreciate you bringing this to the forefront so we can look to rectify it. Also I genuinely do not have a problem with you personally and will be seeing you soon enough with Time Attack stuff, this is just a forum and we are just coming from different places with this.
