Sounds like the bonnet stops are set too high, or bracket has been bent down. (depending on if the bonnet is flush with the bodywork or not)

Gawd - driving that VX on 400 mile round trip is tiring. Worth it though.

Who's VX is P11 COV? Passed him going over Dartford bridge.

Yeah I'm well happy with that Chris. Pretty standard stage 2 SC result and just fine considering I'm using the standard down pipe & cat I guess. Drives great and although a lot of the trip was wet on the way home, on the dry bits...  loving it. Huge grins.  Main thing is it is running OK and, especially considering my lack of technical experience, it would never have got completed without all the help from you lot.  chinky chinky

Duty cycle - Is that something to do with my washing machine? I've read lots of references to this but only a vague idea what it means - I will educate myself on that and I guess CS will keep a record of what it was at? Only data I got from them were the power/torque graphs. You're old injectors live on..

Pulley - just the standard one that was on the charger - 3.3"

Injectors should be fine on that pulley, Just no one has the answer to what duty cycle they are at

Good point. Never asked in all the relief/tiredness. The dyno graph goes to 7k where power maxed out. Here's the graphs I got

Driving it back I went over 6500 on the tacho a few times with no limiter - but no idea how accurate that is. So that's 2 things to find out. Injector duty cycle and rev limit.

Thats Mark then? Yes he can chat! Maybe they don't store any of the dyno runs then?

6500 seems a safe limit in 3rd and above on track days considering the stock internals and the torque drops away at 6k. What are the stock rods/valve springs safe to anyway in terms of revs?

7k rpm is about right on standard valvegear. My rev limiter is set at 7250rpm (by Courtenay's) on the standard stuff and it's been fine despite running higher lift cams and repeatedly bouncing off the limiter.

They store everyones final dyno run. If they store the AFR readings is another question. I'd say he couldn't be arsed to get it for you, but then I'm sure they get calls all day from people asking how to choon their Astra 1.2 and have better thing to get on with.

The black ones hit max at 270 isch bhp.

So with his 252, he's at 93% isch.
