exhaust is a tullet
You may want to inspect the cat section, which is starting to become a known problem with tullett.

Mine is up at Jims right now..... your best bet if Tullet can't sort it is to get it done local, go for a 200 cell sports CAT, or get a decat pipe made up so you can do the national, and lucky for you you have software which will save you a drive to Norfolk to get the car mapped.

And better yet, will allow you to turn off the warning from the post-cat sensor, so no cheater/simulator needed to prevent EML's (though of course you'd never consider running without a cat).

if it gets me to the national i will do anything

You don't have the OEM 2.2 downpipe section (minus pre-cat) lying around for a temp. fix?

Yes. But probably not massively, given the wall of noise the Tullett already produces.

In the OBDTuner parameters tab, there's an option to set Catalyst Check to enabled or disabled. If it's set to disabled it won't bother doing anything with the readings from the post-cat lambda sensor (which is basically only there to confirm that the cat is installed and working) and won't throw up an error code to saying "whoah, wait a minute, something's up with catalyst or second lambda".
Just leave your post-cat lambda installed and hooked up and set it to disabled in OBDTuner (though it looks like that might be what your's is set to anyway).

Well, you could stick a wideband into the exhaust in place of the second lambda in your current setup and wire it into the defunct EGR circuit for logging. But the wideband sensor usually needs to be installed pre-cat, so it would only be any good whilst you're running without the innards of your catalytic converter. Assuming you do take the exhaust apart again in the future to get a new cat welded in, get whoever does it to add an additional bung before the cat for a wideband to be installed properly.
