Couldn't believe the unmarked police car I saw on the A1 near Wetherby today. Had pulled a guy so had blue lights flashing in grill and rear of vehicle.
It was a dark blue BMW X5, with a roof box on it!!! Clearly trying to blend in even more to catch people out. Who would think an X5 with a roof box was the police???

On the plus side, the roof box will limit the top speed if you want a cheeky getaway.

Remember seeing a Yellow M3 soft top on the A3 once with lights in the grill !

A previous Glos Police chief constable was a good customer of mine, his company car was always fully equipped with lights & sirens. His driver was supposed to be quite handy behind the wheel too.thats just the chief of police going homeSaw a big ole 7 series limo with lights in the grille etc on the a120 a few times

Anyone seen a police tractor? Was one in Rutland that went around the lanes looking at rural crime. Couldn't see the point in it tbh!

In and around rochdale they have a toyota iq with the camera sticking out the top of the passenger side roof, it sits facing you and you have feck all chance with that one.

My favorite one I saw was in Germany,a rsty transit with graffiti all down the side.
They were having a day of pulling in lorry drivers with no seatbelts on.
Got into a great chast with the cvopper that then explained the penalties for speeding and what I could get away with
